Tuesday

Today for breakfast today I had a Fiber One Brownie and a Banana, then for a snack I had Nature Valley Peanut butter dark chocolate granola thing.  Total points 4 at noon on my break I am still okay but "HEY IT'S TIME TO EAT!"
So it was a Ham sandwich and some pickles for a grand total of 7 points.
Carrot Cake (WW) for snack 2 points
and for dinner something super boring cause I was feeling WAY too lazy to make the chicken, steam the veggies, and cut the fruit...I had Jennie O Turkey dogs that come in at 2 point and some baked beans.  I had 3 hot dogs (no bun) 6 point and 1/4 cup baked beans at 2 points, and to top it of another banana...which if you know the plan I still have way too many points left (this does not happen often).
So since I did not have diary today a big glass of milk will end my day.

My "run" today I must be honest was really close to just not happening, with the kids homework, the heat, the wind, my legs hurting...you see the excuses building...but at 7pm I got my big butt changed and headed out the door with my nano on blast to the newly downloaded  JOCK JAMS!  Volume 1&2 I felt like a total geek power walking and jogging as my arms went dancing around....."To the Left, to the Left, to the right, the right!  Now dip Baby dip!....and "YEAH YEAH ! Here we go now!  Let me clear my throat!"  Oh boy I hope no one that knows me saw all that! Fatty living glory days!
I did get in 2.77 miles...sooooo here's to another day down!  Sorry the food I ate was not much fun but I did drink a TON of water today and I just can't eat anymore....WHAT? You did not read that!
