So yesterday was an okay day...I ate over my 32 points and enjoyed dipping into my 49 extra. Well enjoyed it until I came home from my friends Pampered Chef party. I sat on the couch and felt SOOO guilty for not running (Mind you yesterday should have been my day of rest) I felt so bad that at 900 pm I went for a one mile run. Felt great!
UNTIL this morning...my knees have been hurting however today (the day i should be running) I need to be off because there is no way these legs will run me around a small block. I GOOGLED hurting knee after running and it turns out it's called Runners Knee and is very common. There is a little muscle in there that is screaming at me! So a day of rest it is.
I also got flowers at work today from my fiance whom was in the dog house and is now welcome to share the bedroom with me again ;)
SO please LISTEN to your body REST IT! I hope to make up for me resting tomorrow.

I CAN DO THIS
I will admit that I am still a little pissy about the scale deal yesterday, but I know that I can't quit on myself...Today I ate all my points drank a TON of water AND hit the outside again! 3.44 miles! I started with week 3 day one on the pod cast I am doing for the couch to 5k. It felt AWESOME! So I just kept going! My legs are hurting a little right now but it's all good! I'd love to excite you with cool meal ideas however I got nothing new it was a work day and I have not gone shopping so today was rather blah and the kids got to have Dominos (trust me they where thrilled to have pizza ("real" pizza)

EPIC FAIL!
So it's Monday my weigh in day at Weight Watchers....and today was great UNTIL weigh in! I have been doing pretty darn good with what I have been eating keeping up on my water, hell even running in the rain...and the result you ask? +0.2 lbs yes I GAINED! WTF!
Yes, Yes, Yes...I was told that I am putting my body into some serious shock this week by pushing myself with the running and I have been doing 3lbs dumb bells for my arms ( to rid myself of arm flab....well that is the hope) There for I will have to wait a few weeks to see the weight fall of.
Well guys I am only human and I LOVE FOOD! And I am an emotional eater...so instead of going home and going for a run and seeing what next week brings I am on here telling you that TOMORROW is another day.
This morning I had a banana and a Vita top (3pt and yummy if you have not had them look them up they are pricey but keep you full)
for lunch I had a 7 point Roast beef sandwich with pickles, lettuce, and tomato
snack 3 crackers with spreadable cheese 2.5 points
From the time I woke to the time I weigh in at 5pm I drank 80oz of water (that is my norm maybe that's even a little low)
THEN seeing that I gained we went to the Papas cafe near my place and I ate a BURGER w/ fries ketchup and then to top it all of I also had an ICE CREAM CONE from DQ swirl dipped in Chocolate! So I had 19.5 points left before weigh in and well ten of those went to DQ and well over 9 1/2 went to Papas....
So yes one would say I dipped into my 49 extra points and I might have felt like an EPIC FAIL on the scale, BUT I felt damn good and proud of myself after ever run this past week. So now that I have a full belly that I am pissed about and only kinda regret I will start over tomorrow for it will bring a new attitude and more strength to do it again. And I will do it!
I WILL NOT BE UPSET AND EAT! I WILL BE EMPOWERED AND WORK HARD TO BE THE ME I KNOW I CAN BE! CAUSE DARN IT I AM BEAUTIFUL AND I OWE IT TO MYSELF!

I did go on a run today, but I must say the only reason I got that ONE MILE (yes only one mile) in was because my fiance pissed me off and I needed fresh air. I know not very inspiring...sorry but I went out non the less and did that one mile 12 minutes. Came home and made dinner...this meal is very simple and takes very little time. I hope you all had a great Saturday! I am going to watch a few movies (Jack and Jill and Breaking Dawn) then snuggle up and read some more of my book. SO despite being BLAH I had a pretty good health day...
My love, hate relationship with the weekends
I LOVE my weekends being able to spend time with the family taking time to go do things. On the other hand I also hate the weekends...so much harder to get my water in for that day. Like today it's 3pm and I am just now having my first big bottle of water :( and I have 7 points in for the day which is less then I normally have eaten by this time. ( Which might result is ever ugly food choices)
Well over all I am having a piss poor attitude today, I'm kinda grouchy and really don't wanna do much but also don't wanna just sit home.
On the up side I started reading the book "Fifty Shades Of Grey" that seems to be pretty good so far. Only on chapter 6.
I need an attitude adjustment today and this BLAH weather is just not helping. Wish me luck on the rest of the day. Maybe I'll look for a great WW desert to made for tonight...treats and a good book will surly at least put a good end to the day.

It's 437pm here in Wisconsin the temp is 60* and it's raining. I am dressed to go out and run, but as you can see I am stalling by being on the blog here complaining that I should run but it's cold and wet outside :( With any luck and will power I will write my next blog about running in the rain. Not about how much food I stuffed my face with because the weather sucks...

Wednesday
What a day...work seems to be dragging on FOREVER today! I'm on my lunch and so far today I have eaten a banana, a hard boiled egg, a piece of multi grain Wasa crisp bread with WW peppercorn spreadable cheese. The Wasa bread is only one point and if you like crunchy this is for you! You will notie if you continue to read my blog that I am not rich and the food that I buy and make is not going to be too fancy. Sorry! :(
However I do like trying new things that fit into the budget and taste good. For lunch I just ate a progressive 2point per serving can. (Zesty Chicken) I of course eat the WHOLE can! Which when you really calculate it is 5 points not 4 with that I had two slices of bread (white) for 3 points along with another wedge of cheese. 17 points down 15 to go! Lets see what the rest of the day brings.
BTW my legs are flipping killing me!!! I hope that in the next 5 hours they will feel better so I can go out on a walk/jog again tonight.
Well it's now 8:28pm and I can tell you that today I did NOT run or walk. I finished my taxes instead and went to visit my mom.
I came home at 345pm from work went to pick my son up from school, and then got this notion that we should high light his hair so it looks summery when we head to Florida in 23 days. Well my son Dylan is a dark ash blond naturally so if figured he will be 13 next month and what the heck why not. I used one of those dies with the cap for high lighting. (I remember doing this to a friend back in High School) We had the dy in his hair for about 5 minutes and I could tell that he was getting pretty blond so he needed to go wash it out...I did not let him see his hair until it was dry. I would love to tell you that it looked just the way I hoped but then I would be lying. Dylan saw his hair and the first thing he said was "NO, NO, MOM I'M NOT GOING TO SCHOOL TOMORROW!"
Soooo instead of the walk it was a trip to Wal-mart to buy more die to 'fix' his hair. (I did successfully give my daughter a single streak high light) By the time we hit my moms (two boxes of color on hand-just in case) HE LIKED IT! Bugger! He did tell me that he was going to see what it looks like in the morning and what his friends will say...which means that if if friends don't like it I will be spending tomorrow night dying hair as well (So I should really do my walk BEFORE I fix the hair-If I need to)
I will be sharing pictures of this once I know that he is really okay with the color.
Oh s far as food goes for the rest of the day...my points went to 14 tortilla chips with salsa (4 points) a Bagel thin (2 points) Brie Cheese (2 points) and yet another hard boiled egg (2 points) Kids ate mac and cheese w/ chicken.
My My the more I look at this the more I see that I need some more veggies in me, and that I need to cook if I'm going to blog about all this.

Tuesday
Today for breakfast today I had a Fiber One Brownie and a Banana, then for a snack I had Nature Valley Peanut butter dark chocolate granola thing. Total points 4 at noon on my break I am still okay but "HEY IT'S TIME TO EAT!"
So it was a Ham sandwich and some pickles for a grand total of 7 points.
Carrot Cake (WW) for snack 2 points
and for dinner something super boring cause I was feeling WAY too lazy to make the chicken, steam the veggies, and cut the fruit...I had Jennie O Turkey dogs that come in at 2 point and some baked beans. I had 3 hot dogs (no bun) 6 point and 1/4 cup baked beans at 2 points, and to top it of another banana...which if you know the plan I still have way too many points left (this does not happen often).
So since I did not have diary today a big glass of milk will end my day.
My "run" today I must be honest was really close to just not happening, with the kids homework, the heat, the wind, my legs hurting...you see the excuses building...but at 7pm I got my big butt changed and headed out the door with my nano on blast to the newly downloaded JOCK JAMS! Volume 1&2 I felt like a total geek power walking and jogging as my arms went dancing around....."To the Left, to the Left, to the right, the right! Now dip Baby dip!....and "YEAH YEAH ! Here we go now! Let me clear my throat!" Oh boy I hope no one that knows me saw all that! Fatty living glory days!

Here we go!
Well on February 6th I made the choice to join Weight Watchers for a second time. (It worked then however I thought I could do it on my own..BUT yeah I'm BACK)
Okay so on Monday the 6th I weighed in at my heaviest EVER! 221.6 lbs after week one I lost a total of 6.6 lbs putting me at 215 lbs on monday the 13th.
Yup off to a great start, then my family took a trip to the Dells right before the next weigh in, but we packed fresh fruit and other food so we would not go out I did drop another 1.6 lbs.
3rd weigh in I dropped 2.6 lbs
4th weigh in 1.4
and the I was bloated and could not get enough food and weigh in number 5 I lost only 0.4 lbs. NOT GOOD. Well I guess as least I lost a little, but this is when I decided that I need to start (dare I say it) work out. I've always wanted to be a "runner" but I never really liked it all to much.
2 years ago I started a Couch to 5k and made it to week 5 before I thought I was going to DIE! SO with no real support or motivation I dropped it like a hot potato!
This time around I am walking 5k a few times a week and working in the jogging a little at a time, and today I did half of week one on a Couch to 5K. I think I did okay (to see my "running" see my Mapmyrun web site)
Any who today was weigh in and I did walk all but one day...and the pay off 2.8 lbs down so now I am down 15.4 lbs total.
I hope to add to some fatty pictures soon (the Engagement pictures where taken 2 years ago and I was a little lighter then)
I will also start posting some recipes that I am trying and how things are working. I really am hoping that this Blog will keep me motivated and going!
